A semi-flexible core board, composed of a mineral fortified asphaltic core between two outside layers consisting of an asphalt impregnated fiberglass mat.
Protects hot applied rubberized asphalt bridge deck waterproofing membranes from damage by construction traffic and during the application of asphaltic or Portland cement concrete overlays.
Absorbs the impact of placing concrete or asphalt overlays and normal job site traffic on waterproofed slabs. Protects membrane from penetration by sharp aggregates.
