Sealant - A - Asphalt Rubber Type 2
GENERAL
Crafco Asphalt Rubber Type 2 sealant is a hot-applied asphalt based product used to fill cracks in asphalt or Portland cement concrete pavements in moderate climates. Asphalt Rubber Type 2 is supplied in solid form which when melted and properly applied forms a highly adhesive and flexible compound that resists cracking in the winter and resists flow at summer temperatures. Asphalt Rubber Type 2 is used in highway, street, and airfield pavement and is applied to pavement cracks using pressure feed melter applicators. At application temperature, Asphalt Rubber Type 2 is a high viscosity, non self-leveling product. Asphalt Rubber Type 2 is formulated with selected paving grade asphalt and a minimum of 22% recycled rubber by weight of asphaltic components. Asphalt Rubber Type 2 has been a quality Crafco product for over 30 years. VOC = 0 g/l.
